Thank you very much for using our product. It has been discovered that a small part of the full-length adjustable shock absorber lineup may possibly become damaged if used under certain conditions as mentioned below. As of 16th May 2008, the products in the chart below are subject to voluntary exchange.

1.Effect on Vehicle

Regarding a small proportion of lots manufactured for the vehicle and items mentioned below, if the lower bracket lock on the vehicle has been used in a loosened state for a long period of time, it may place stress on irregular points.
And also, corrosion and other external factors may cause cracks in the lower end of the lower bracket. Worst case scenario, you may end up not being able to drive your vehicle.

We will replace the part with the appropriate lower bracket.
